Does anyone know?

what you are seeing there with the _ (underscores) is indicative that you need to recompile your language strings for all modules. 

navigate to the following --> 

admin panel --> tools --> modules you will see a checkbox to select all, then a button that says recompile languages.

this is on the installed module listing block.
