Help - Apache Log Error - mod_fcgid

My hosting company told me I'm getting the following error in the Apache error log:

[warn][client] mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 40 seconds, referrer: mysite.com/member.php

[warn][client] Premature end of script headers: query_request.php, referrer: mysite.com/member.php

Does anyone know what this means and how to solve it?
