Having problem with upgrading from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4

I was trying to upgrade from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4 but I am getting problem.
I have followed upgrade instruction and open following URL "http://your-domain.com/path-to-dolphin/upgrade/
But I am getting an error message "7.1.3-7.1.4 Update can not be applied"
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Please help!

Additional info.
I have run

SELECT `VALUE` FROM `sys_options` WHERE `Name`='sys_tmp_version'

And result was "7.1.0.B1"

I have clean installed 7.1.3 so I don't know it says 7.1.0.B1.
Do I need to upgrade to one by one upto 7.1.4?

In admin top page it says "Update to 7.1.4 now!" so I think 7.1.3 had installed properly...
Am I right?

And result was "7.1.0.B1"

Then that is what you currently have. There is no way it is 7.1.3.

If you think you installed 7.1.3 then maybe you restored a older database. Which never should be done.

In any case you need to upgrade starting at 7.1.0 B2

It will say upgrade to whatever regardless of what version you have if it is under the latest version.

As Deano indicated, did you perhaps install 7.1.3 from the 7.1.3 download, and then imported an existing database into that 7.1.3 install?  This is important.

I don't recall advising you to do that. In fact if your database is indeed a 7.1.0B1 database then you could very well destroy it when you try to upgrade.

At no point did either of us tell you to change the value in the database.

What we did was ask you if you restored a older 7.0.1 database over a 7.1.3 database.

It's probably to late now as you most likely have already begun. I hope you made backups.

HI,

I have decied to clean install 7.1.4 with new database.
And I have confirmed with "SELECT `VALUE` FROM `sys_options` WHERE `Name`='sys_tmp_version'"  and result was 7.1.4.

Is that okay to import tables from old database? e.g. profile and photo, video, sound etc.
But system table will make problem so I will not import system table.

Please give me your advice.

Sometimes it might be better to spend a bit of money and get someone to perform the upgrade.

You have to restore the files for photos and videos and sounds from the backup.  Then you have to import the data from the database backup.  I suggest that you hire someone to either update the old site or to migrate the data for you.
