Happy New Year? NOT! Members Gone!

At the turn of the calender year I lost all my members.

It still says that I have the same amount of pictures and photos, but there are none!

How can I reset my website, without destroying my 'design'?

I have 2 new members who signed up this year, but my stats are incorrect.

How do I fix that?

You don't have "pruning" turned on in advanced settings do you? If the number beside it is "0" then you're fine, if not then the site is going to delete anyone who hasn't logged in in that many days.

About getting your members back you will have to restore from your last backup. If you didn't backup maybe your host did?

Ohhhhh, I had it set for 90 days, well if they haven't logged in by then...

Oh well.  :)

What about correcting the number of videos and photos, I take it they were deleted with the profiles, is there a way to reset/correct the amount of numbers?
