Handling the Mentally Insane

Deano- your spam control allowed me to easily block a person who clearly is mentally unstable. Thanks for this great product.

Deano- your free tools allowed me to delete this complete nutjob's strange and erratic emails that he spend the night composing one by one, while waiting 1 minute between being able to send another one to half my membership..

Also, CloudFlare allowed me to, at least temporarily, block his ip address.

Google Voice allowed me to block his number.

It's not just enough to have Dolphin. You need good partners to back you up when the shit hits the fan... :) Because Dolphin alone cannot do it...

It was my sight.. we actually approved the guy.

He then paid 45.00 to be able to "send" emails. But they were all violations of our agreement.

So, I booted his a$$ and cleaned up the mess with Deano's tools!

And, I might point out, since we have a no refund policy, I'm keeping his 45.00. And I have him now in Deanos Spam list... :)

My Spam filters should have blocked the IP address. CloudFlare should not have needed for that. However, IP addresses are generally dynamic, not permanent, as such my spam filter system only holds them for a short time. I do however have new methods of identification i am working on for the next version. I have dozens of new ideas planned for the next version. So the filters are just going to keep getting better with every release.
