HOW RE-INSTALLED UPGRADE DOLPHIN 7.1.4

I want re-intstalled upgrade dolphin 7.1.4... but i cannot

When i run upgrade, i have this message :

Upgrade cannot be applied if it was already done. You cannot upgrade something that has already been upgraded.

ok... thanks...

But i have two problems... 
FYI : My site is in french... 

First... When i send a email... i have a error message "Mailbox title empty" but it's not empty !!!

Second... I cannot modified my menus... i dont have acces at my servers parameters in administration... etc...

If you have the backup of the entire site directory then just delete the current and restore the back up then upgrade again.

I would re-upload all of the files making sure all of them were overwritten.

You may want to make sure the inc folder is writable. (Normally reversed after dolphin install) then after upload is complete put the permissions back.

Failed, or incomplete uploads of the files are the most common cause of problems. If using FTP, then check the ftp logs for upload errors. You cannot assume all files were uploaded successfully if your having problems.

Also shut off all caching in dolphin, clear the cache manually and leave the caching off until all problems are resolved.
