Groups - subscription

Anyone know what notifications are sent when someone subscribes to a group?

As in what actions within the group trigger notifications?

Does it include everything that is done in the group, or just certain updates?

Change, Comment Post, Join - check the sys_sbs_types table. I believe this is the table that lists what will trigger a subscription. I could be wrong, but hope it helps.
