Groups Won't Install

When I try to Install the Groups Module I get the following message.

Can anyone help please?

have you ever installed the groups module before on this site ?

or a 3rd party groups module ?

If yes then it was a dirty uninstall and you need to either remove that line from the database or comment out that line in the installer and try again. 

or in phpmyadmin  run that query and see what it tells you the reason is for not inserting that menu item.
