Graphic Map search

I am looking for a Searchable world map feature/ mod. Description: World map shown, user clicks county, drills down to show states/provinces/regions of that country, user clicks again, drill down to show cities , user clicks again, show members in that city.....etc.....

Anyone know of such an animal?

This sounds a lot like the current 'World Map' module that is included with Dolphin 7.
