Getting more TinyMCE functions

Hi,

I have searched, and looked, but still need some help please.

I am trying to get some additonal buttons like font / font size / font colour / page colour on the tool bar. I have found lists of the options, but cannot see them listed there, so I am presuming I need to install some extra stuff, and here's where I need help please.
