What? Your asking all the file names and folder names be translated as well?  If so, you may as well forget about it. It would take months of work going through all of the dolphin code to deal with the name changes. Not going to happen. Especially if you need it to deal with more than one language. In that case it would pretty much be impossible.

You need to be more specific.  Dolphin ships with Russian language files for both the site and for the forum.  If you are talking about third party mods, then look in the mods for the language files.

How is this translated into the Russian language?
Since it is divided into full file compiler, and I would like exactly the same way on my language too
