Friends only on wall

Hi,

I've looked all over the forums and used common sense (as best I can...) but can't seem to find an answer. I have a user who seems genuine but posts large photos to people's walls which aren'y offensive or commercial but are completely irrelevant to the site. I don't want to delete him because he seems genuine enough.

Is there a way to:

1. limit the size of photos posted to walls.

2. only allow friends to post on walls as a site-wide default setting?

I agree the Post to Wall block should have ( Public, Members, "Friends")

For now I think without modding the script you need to set the post to wall permission with the small key in the top left corner of every box. Click it and set to friends until there is a change.

How to do that? I did not find this option in the admin/page builder

 Hover over any block and in the top left corner and a key will display. Click on it and you can choose who sees that block.
