Free tinymce enhancement: insert/upload image

Hi Guys!

A lot of members from my website [Link removed by request] have been bothering me about how to insert/upload an image right into  blogs, ads rather than having to copy the url path of the image and putting it in their posts.

Please let me know if there's any option to do this for free.
