Free User can't send messages - where is the error message?

Hello.

My Standard (Free) users are not permitted to send messages to other users. But if they try to send a message there is no error? ("You can't send messages with your level")?

Anyone can help please?

Hm. I am not able to send any one message to other users. All permissions to write messages are set well.

I still have the same problem. Now I found out that my admin user is able to send messages. All other users not. I click on "send" button but nothing happens. All users have the rights to send messages.

go to admin/settings/membership levels/standard/actions you can change what users can do by clicking on the appropriate event that you wish to change settings.

I would suggest letting standard users send and receive messages but limit to 1 every 10,000 hours. this would allow users to experience site usage and possible upgrade service.

Note if your admin is not allowed to send members messages, create a new account type such as administrator then enable all functions to that account type. Then make your admin a member of administrator account type.

a few things to answer here? 

i have addressed this once before, though not solved it entirely, but a member here had the same problem, where they were unable to send out messages on dolphin. when i tested it, i found out that i was able to send messages, and the message was received. then digging into this, realized that the member with the problem was using a satellite internet connection. 

so providing some feedback on a few things may help here:

your internet provider

your hosting service

your browser that you are testing on

Now its working. I used Safari and FF 8, both wasn't working. All permissions for users to send messages was set correctly. Also, otherwise has to appear an error message, your user level is not high enough or something like that.

Host is Arvixe. Online Provider I don't know it was in a hotel.
