Forum topic text field not showing

I've just discovered that there is no box showing for forum topic text when anyone on my site tries to add a new topic.

It allows them to pic forum, title, whether sticky or not, and even add attachment - but can't just put in the general text.

Anyone able to help? Screen grab attached.

Have you tried it using the default template?

I reloaded the Tiny MCE folder and it all came good.
