Forum post link, home page

When someone clicks a link in the recent posts mod for the forum on the front page, it opens a new page. If they do it 2 or 3 times, they end up with way too many pages open. Can someone point me to the file so I can correct that behavior? I need it to do like any other page and open within the existing tab.

I may be incorrect as I am very new and still having issues troubleshooting and resolving my personal issues. However, it seems that the link from the button has to use a "_blank" tag and the button itself is < a href="http://bicolexpressions.com/forum/"   class= "top_link" > < span class="down" > Forums < /span > minus the spaces of course. It seems that if you can search the button, you can find the action associated with it and change it to open in the same window?

Did that even make any sense? I am backtracking and "reverse-engineering" a lot as I am building and learning so it is actually easier right now for me to do it better than I can explain it ... but it seems if you find the button and the properties associated with it, it should not be too difficult to change,

And at first glance, it looks to me like you will probably find what you need somewhere in /public_html/yoursite.com/templates/base

Wish I could be of some real help but a bit busy at the moment trying to fix my own issues without creating any more and thanking them for making backups so easy ... :">

change blank to self

I tried this but it didn't work, they are still opening in new windows for the forum. Did anyone manage to fix this?
