how I can create forum in my site
with tags
I like the new forum is the same like booenx looks greate but I like to add some tags for each topic I create on my site or allow members to add tags
how I can stop the members from reply my topics like if I make a rule topic I want the memebrs to read the rules with out replying the topic only they can view or click like
and how I can change the positions of topic like >>> from 5.4.3.2.1 to 1.2.3.4.5.6
