Forum for site admins

Hello all, is there a way or module that I could use on my site for moderators and admins to communicate leave notes of any kind for admins and moderator to see. This would be really fun to have. It would be nice to be able to hide for admins only topics in the forum....any ideas ??

You can use one of the News or Articles posting modules on the market (such as Ultimate News or Ultimate Articles) and restrict access to admins only by doing this :

1) Remove the Top Menu links.
2) Remove posting and viewing permissions in all membership levels.

By doing the above, you would create the Admin notes functionality that you are looking for.

The Forum module actually allows for creating a private forum. Go to Administration => Modules => Forum and create or expand a Group. Create a new Forum under the Group and select Private for the Forum Type.

You'll need to add any members to a special membership level that has the "forum private post" and "forum private read" actions enabled. They'll then be able to access the forum from the index list, while other users will receive an access denied message.
