Forum Widget endless loading

Hallo,

I am new to Dolphin 7.1. an have problems with the Forum-Widget an every page, as example see the File.

I had a Situation where the widget was working, but I cannot reproduce ist. The Firebug-Console does not return any Errors.

have you tried clearing clearing the cache? this fixes most loading issues I have

Is allow_url_fopen enabled in PHP (Administration -> Tools -> Host Tools -> phpinfo)?
