Forum Posts - Will not load on homepage

When I put the forum posts on my homepage the disk keeps spinning and no posts appear.  Any suggestions?

Make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled.

i see where to do it but it says my website is at risk

You have no choice. Dolphin requires it. Just make sure the other option of allow_url_include is off.

Then also go into your dolphin admin at yoursite.com/administration/host_tools.php

Click on the host perams link and make sure everthing listed there is at the recommended values our higher.

allow_url_include is off.  but where do i put the other setting?
