I have a fairly new installation and I posted a new topic on my general discussion forum with no issues, and people can reply with no issues. When a member tries to post a new topic however, they cannot type anything in the Topic Subject or Topic Text boxes.
I noticed that one of the options in the middle of the page above the Topic Text box was enabled, the "show/Hide guidelines/invisible elements" button. If I disable/enable it once or twice then the Topic Subject and Topic Text boxes suddenly become editable and anyone can fill them out like normal.
Any ideas what's causing this, or how I can disable that button by default?
