Forgot password code - Realy screwed mine up during editing

Hey all, I was putting images above my emails and somehow I realy screwed this one up. The other ones work but this one somehow I screwed up totaly and it no longer gives out the information. I looked at the code for it and where the code to retrieve the information is supposed to be I have a bunch of  collor and font codes and nothing else. Last time I use NVU to edit this stuff with. Guess I should have double checked the code before I copied and pasted it in.

Anyway does anyone have a copy of the code that is suposed to go there?

Hi, excuse me but I think I worded it wrong. I don't want the php code for it. I just need the html code that you use in the settings/email templates where you can alter the html code. I looked in a fresh download and couldnt find anything but the php and css files for it. If it is in that I am not sure what I am looking for then.

Ok I figured it out sort of. I got all the information to come up and it works now but the link to go to the site is not automatcly taking you there. You have to copy and paste it into the browser. What I did to fix it is put the html and head tags back in and took out the / marks that the nvl somehow automaticly put in. Here is what I got now. Can someone tell me what is wrong with the link and if it is supposed to be a clickable link?
