Flash Apps problem with Internet Explorer

I need some guidance on Internet Explorer and the flash apps.  I enabled video comments on the site and then started getting complaints from my IE users that they could not click on reply in Profile Comments or leave comments.  I opened up my copy of IE 9 and noticed that TinyMCE was not loading properly in the Profile Comments.  After wasting time on trying to adjust settings in IE; the problem is IE tries too hard to protect users of IE from their selves, I went into the admin with IE and noticed that the flash apps list would not load; not a single one.  Using FireFox, I went back to my flash apps settings and turned off Video Comments.  IE then properly loaded the Profile Comments block with TinyMCE.

Suggestions please on causes and solutions.

I am seeing the exact same problem with loading the flash apps in admin on the Boonex demo site.

Thanks Deano.  I used an online sandbox app to test in IE9 and IE11 and they loaded for both of those.  Might be something local to my machine as they would not load for me using IE9 64 bit.

Some add-ons in IE can have an effect as well.

Example of one.

I have Lastpass installed in all of my browsers. It is a password manager i use to keep track of the hundreds of passwords i have.

Anyhow, if lastpass is showing the top bar on a page to prompt to remember the password, then dolphins member menu does not appear while that lastpass bar is on the screen.

So add-ons can have adverse affects. When having problems with IE, it sometimes helps to disable all add-ons to see if any of them are causing problems.
