Flash Apps Not Installed Error

I have moved my Dolphin 7.1.3 site to a new server on Host4Web, and went to do RMS setup and under the Admin panel when I click on Flash Apps, it comes up with Not Installed. I have checked permissions, everything is in order from the backup, and I cannot seem to get this working.

I reset the license, cleared the cache, and still nothing points to an obvious error.

Any help please?

when I changed servers, I tried to do a straight restore from backups and change header.inc.php file, but ran into a bunch of errors, so now, I do a fresh install of dolphin first, then overwrite my database and files with backed up copy (except for header.inc.php file). I noticed that files may not be in the exact same location when changing from server to server. Thats just what I do and hope it helps you.

Thanks, but I make a living at this, and have moved Dolphin sites with my eyes closed. I have re-loaded them with no luck and am rather stuck.

This is how I am making my living as well. I was offering an option that you could try and see if it works. I have never had a successful move with using a backup. I was hoping that what I do could be done by you and thus get you back up and running.
