Fatal error: Call to undefined function getTopLogin()

NEED HELP

After upgrading to 7.08  this error comes up and I am unable to connect to RMS:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function getTopLogin() in /home/wwwinim/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolTemplate.php on line 710

You must be running a custom template. Contact template developer.

getTopLogin() is not a function built into dolphin.

I do however remember it being a function of some custom templates that have a logon section at the top right side of the template.

However, that has nothing to do with RMS, so that is a separate issue.
