i got the message below. what is wrong pls and how do i solve it?

Fatal error: Call to a member function getRow() on a non-object in /home/oneskull/public_html/oneskuul.com/inc/utils.inc.php on line 437

It is a database issue.  Do you have any errors from the database?

looks like you may be out of memory or you need to increase the memory size in php.ini.

For dolphin to run properly the host your putting it on needs to meet all of the requirements mentioned.

i am on Hostupon, recommended on Dolphin. I think i need a VPS.

Most of the people who have been around here awhile know that the list here is bogus. None of them even run dolphin themselves. Most of them don't even know a thing about dolphin. Oh and their VPS servers are not much better. Over sold so they run like crap.

For a better host, go with http://www.zarconia.net/ It's run by people who actually use dolphin themselves.

For about the same price as a VPS from hostupon, you can get a dedicated from zarconia. So don't even bother with those VPS hosting accounts.
