Family Emergency.

Note to all.

I recently received word that my father has been in a serious car accident. I will be away for a few days. I will not be online as often during this time, and may have to delay any work. I will still be able to process payment issues and perhaps answer questions but most of my time will be spent with my family.

Dean, I am very sadden to hear this and I hope your father is not seriously hurt and that he has a speedy recovery.  You will be in our thoughts.  Take care.

Thankfully the injuries were not a bad as i was lead to believe. Still not good. Surgery to relieve pressure in his head from bad head injury. A few broken bones, lots of cuts. Given his age, he may not heal quickly, so i suspect a long recovery. My father is like me, we both hate seat belts.

I will be back home in a few days. For now i will use my pos laptop for checking messages and such.

Scary news but glad to hear your Dad will be okay... with a long recovery.

RE: Seat belts... saved my sister and her family's life during a head collision on the highway... definitely worth the minor discomfort during normal wear.

Two of my friends got hit and killed by cars, another one got into an accident on his motorcycle and died with no helmet, two others committed suicide, and some died of drug overdose.

I hope your dad is ok. Accidents are a terrible tragedy.
