Events Help

I want all of my site members to get an email every time there is a new event posted.  Is that possible?  I found the broadcast option under the event settings, but that seems to only broadcast to people that have "joined" the event.

Cool, thanks.  I emailed him to see if these will work for what I need it to do.  It seems bizarre that this is not possible with Dolphin.

I really like the Dolphin software, but some things (like the event module) are so user-unfriendly it's not funny.
