Errors after transfer

Hello to everyone.

I transfer my dolphin 7 community to another domain/folder and i have some errors.

1. First error is when you try to view any profile of members you have this error... "checkAction() fatal error. Unknown action ID: 0"

2. Second error is the same with first but now the problem is when you try to view any message who sent you another member.

Where is the problem exactly;How i can fix this errors;

How you make a transfer ?

What do you mean Sashae;;; First i download all my files from server and backup my database and after re-upload to another domain. Also change the urls from inc/header with new domain. I forgot something;

I think the problem is not because of transfer. It seems to be a problem with file membership_levels.inc.php or the table sys_acl_actions table.

Try to rebuild the cache. Mostly this will resolve it.

When dolphin is installed it wants you to set a lot of permissions.

When moving an already installed site to a different location, all of those permissions have to be reset to what they are supposed to be.

In addition to the header.inc.php changes you made, you also need to manually delete the contents of the cache, cache_public and tmp folders except for any .htaccess files.
