Error on The Join Form

I recently discovered an Error on my Join Form Making it difficult for guest to Join my community 
the error is on the agreement button making impossible for new members to join

please help I want to know what is wrong with the site and rectify it

I had something like that happen once. I had to erase the description and type something different for it to work. Also, make sure that the email is valid as well as everything else.

Hi. If you have added some custom field, I would recommend you removing them and testing the join form again. Probably it would be the best if you try with minimum amount of fields and then adding custom fields one by one. This will help you find out which field was causing the issue.
