Error Message PHP

Hi everyone,

I am getting this message and cannot log into my site even from the ADMIN log in

Warning! Cannot evaluate Menu Cache file (/home/worldwar/public_html/cache/sys_menu_top.inc).
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/worldwar/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolMenu.php:71) in /home/worldwar/public_html/inc/design.inc.php on line 133

Can anyone help with this?

Cache file may be damaged. See if this file exist

cache/sys_menu_top.inc

If it does, remove it. Dolphin will then rebuild it.

Then try again.
