Enabling profile sounds

There used to be a way to have profile sounds on a members profile.  It was uploaded and in a separate box listed in the profile.  For some reason, I cannot figure out how to do this again.  Can anyone tell me what to enable in order to offer this to the members again?

Sounds are displayed on profile page only when profile sounds block is placed on profile page in page blocks builder and some sounds are uploaded into "Nickname's Sounds" albums.

The sound block is enabled on the profile.  However, I uploaded sounds via Add A Sound on the timeline, but the profile sounds box is not listed, only a link under timeline section.  What am I doing wrong?

No, the add a sound for timeline would only appear on the timeline.

As AlexT stated, profile sounds are the sounds uploaded to the profile sounds album, "Nickname's Sounds".  If no sounds are uploaded by the member, then the profile sounds block will not appear.  When sounds are uploaded, the profile sounds block will automatically appear with the uploaded sounds.
