Enable embed in blogs. Version 7.1.4

Does anybado know how can I enable embedding in blogs in Dolphin 7.1.4? I tried some changes in HTML PURIFYER but did not work. Seems to be like advices I found here was working only on version 7.0.

TinyMCE init is located in /templates/base/scripts/BxBaseEditorTinyMCE.php; the rest is the same as for adding the plugin to TinyMCE.
