Embedding html5 with flash fallback

I think I asked this before but I can't find it in the forum and I don't remember getting an answer for it. I would like to embed the html5 player instead of the flash player when using the embed code next to the video on the view video page. The flash player doesn't show up on my android. Or how about this, Is there anyway to set the embed code up so that it does what the main player does as far as being html5 first and having a fall back to flash for Internet Explorer, etc.?

I did something that may be what you are looking for. I created a new video player box that uses the same encoded files that are created when uploading a video to a dolphin site. I am currently rewriting a bunch of my code ( i have learned a lot so now have to implement the improvements. I will PM you the details once I get it situated.
