Email Templates question

Hello all

 

I just noticed that Dolphin sends out the same email for  members in 'unconfirmed' status and members in 'approval' status, can this be modifed as the 2 are totally different categories?

Hello I have checked this function and :

1. When status of profile is approval dolphin don't send any messages, just draw this messages in your browser :

Congratulations! Your account has been successfully confirmed.

It will be activated within 12 hours. Our administrators will personally look through your details to make sure you have set everything correctly. This helps be the most accurate community service in the world. We care about the quality of our profiles and guarantee that every user of our system is real, so if you purchase someone's contact information, you can be sure that your money isn't wasted.

 

2. When you profile's status is - unconfirmed dolphin send message like this :

CONFIRMATION CODE: YzJWYVlrMHlTWEJNZEdkdWJ3PT0=.......

 

PS: Dolphin don't send any messages when your profile's status is - approval!!!

You are right, I was not clear in posing my question:

 

once members are in approval and I go to manage those profiles, there is an option at the bottom that says 'confirm email' so I assumed this would be a different email from the standard email sent to unconfirmed users, since these users are already confirmed. So my question is, is  there any way to modify/create an email template that would be used for the specific case?
