How to edit only one block in css? For example I need to edit only members block on homepage

If you want to change the look of that one block, then you will need to create a new designbox for it; there is a tutorial on here for creating new designboxes, and then assign a css to it.  Then you will need to switch that block from using the standard Dolphin designbox to using your designbox.  You can do that in the database directly, or you can use a tool like Deano's Block Tools to do it; there may be other block tools on the market.  It is very easy to do and I have change blocks and a lot of it is just copying and renaming.

Thank you. I have already Deano Block Tools, but as I know there is no option to edit one block in css (unless I missed something?)

If using this module also fails, I will try a tutorial that I found here on the forum. Another possibility probably is not?

I guess I was not as clear as I needed to be.  You make a new block, with new css for that block.  Then you can use Deano's Block Tools to change the design box for the members block to you new design box with its new css.  Look at a design box template, you will see it applying the css to the header, and the body and the footer.   Just follow the tutorial on making new design boxes.
