Edit Forum Title to remove ::

The forum title in the source says <title>Recent Topics :: Forum</title>

How can I remove the :: in the title, I have looked all through the forum pages but cannot find it.

'Orca Forum' => ':: Forum',

line 179:

'add this to title' => ' :: Forum ',

And again recompile forum language under manage forum...
