Downloading Sound Files

Is there a way to remove the "Download" option from someone playing my sound files? I am using Dolphin 7.0.4 and there doesn't seem to be a way of blocking this feature. 

Administration > Modules > Flash Apps

Select the module you want to edit and click its settings button. You'll see an assortment of options, including the disabling of content downloading.

Am I missing something??
