Double Opt-In

A) Where is the setting to ensure a new member has to receive an email from site before he can register? Like a double opt-in. They join, then receive email which contains link to confirm their registration? I am sure there was one.

B) Is there a way for new members to approved by admin before their registration is complete? So they join, admin has to approve before they can log in.

you can make all sign ups confirm there email addy in admin control panel you do this in admin settings Moderation Settings
