Domain Name

Hello can anyone help me.  I Purchased a new domain name for my website because I liked it better.  The hosting company told me that they could change it no problem, now my site isn't up and they are telling me that I have to contact Boonex about my license.  I need for my site to be up and running with the new domain name, can someone help me?

You likely need to update the URL in /inc/header.inc.php with the new domain. Once done, empty the /cache, /cache_public, and /tmp directories (except the .htaccess files) via FTP. That should get your site back up.

If you also have a license, you'll need to reset it and re-add it. Go to your licenses in your BoonEx account and click on the license's domain. This will bring up a new window with some additional information and a button to reset the license. Click the reset button and then re-add the license in Dolphin.
