Dolphin chat

ok this is whats goin on, i had my host install the latest dolphin on my hosting pk, ever since everyone that trs ta lo into

the chat, they get a connction error, this is been goin on fer a month now, 

 

so what i did today is made a dir on my host an installed 7.0.9 , an installed the chat mod, an no problems

so  my ? is , is there away ta install the chat from 7.0.9 in the 7.1.1 , cause i seen the chat ver in 7.0.9 is a earlier ver

Do you have RMS enabled under Administration -> Modules -> Flash Apps -> Settings?

you need different rms version for 7.1.x
best thing to do is look at system install requirements for modules that use rms.
but check if you have rms is running first.
if not running turn it on or reset rms.

As solusoft said, the version your host has may be outdated.  You need the 7.1 version of RMS.
