Dolphin Templates

So i am looking for the templates folder and cannot find it. I have installed dolphin to the root directory and went searching for the templates direc but cant find it. Attempting to install a theme. Anyone have any insite to this?

I've not installed a custom theme but, if it will help you, in my default D7.0.9 installation there is a /templates/ folder on the www root with /templates/base/ and /templates/tmpl_uni/ ... where 'uni' is set in my Admin as the default template.  

I looked all over and searched and couldnt find it. i thought about reinstalling it. I am quite a newbie when it comes to it. but i keep reading online looking for answers and just havent found it.
