You don't have to upgrade. Take a look at what was fixed and added and decide if it is something you need. If not, don't upgrade. Or, if you want to be up-to-date and ahead of the competition, invest the time to update. Hopefully after the first few upgrades you figure out a system that works well for you and it is not as much work. I have a check list of mod file changes that helps a lot. If you know what files you changed, and compare those to the files in the upgrade, you will have a lot less guess work when trying to figure out if the upgrade broke something. Well I will definitely say that this is the first time I have heard anyone say that BoonEx is releasing versions too fast..Everyone else seems to want the upgrades as fast as possible.
I understand what you mean about upgrading since I have alot of mods and customizations done to my site. It take me quite a while to go through an upgrade. Personally, Im not too "Gung Ho" on upgrading right now.. Nothing to see here |
I recommend you update your site when you feel comfortable. You don't need to update it just because a patch has been released. Take your time, run some tests, and then update when you feel you're ready.
Also, it usually takes months for an update to be released. It's rather silly to be overreacting to this. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
Agree, upgrade when you feel ready or want to...the more you customize, the longer the upgrade usually takes..... AND what is this ticket 7.0.?

I'm only guessing, but judging from what the summary of the ticket suggests, it's to add some kind of connection to your Unity account from within the admin panel of Dolphin. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
