Dolphin 7.0.9 and 7.1.1 Forum Page

I had the previous Dolphin 7.0.9 installed and the Forum pages had words encased in brackets example:   [[....]]. These brackets appear on only Forum pages and they were not present during the first month of the installation. They appeared about 2 or 3 weeks after install. This also is the case for my Upgrade to 7.1.1 version. Has any one else had or have this problem and is it repairable? Thanks for your feedback. Please see below what the bracketed words look like on my Forum Page.. 

Go to Administration -> Modules -> Forum and click the compile link for "en".
