Dolphin 7.0.6 Failed to clear cache Memcached

The title almost says it all doesn't it?

I get the message "failed to clear cache" after setting the cache to "memcached" Any special settings that need to be set for me to use memcached?

Yeah, upgrade.....

Ok, so I assume it is a problem situated in the 7.0.6 version and an upgrade will solve the problem.

Since I can't upgrade at this moment, I'll have to switch back to filecache every time I want to empty it.

Please note - the clear cache function is not supported for this type of cache, but it clears all data after 1 hour by default. If you need to clear the cache now, then you need to switch to another cache type or disable it and after 1 hour switch back. Alternatively, you can restart a Memcached server.
