If you are running a custom language files, you will need to translate any new items manually. If you are using a custom language, did you follow these steps below?:

NOTE: You can also update your custom language translations if you create the appropriate translated files for your custom language, BEFORE THE UPGRADE PROCESS, in upgrade/files/7.0.3-7.0.4/ and upgrade/files/7.0.3-7.0.4/modules/*/ directories. There are lang_en.php files by default in these directories. Create a translated copy of lang_en.php for your custom language. For example, if you have the Russian language installed you can add lang_ru.php files. Then all new language keys for your custom language will be added automatically.

Does it display properly when you switch your default language to English?

I too have this problem on a site Zarcon..

This site was 7.0.3 fresh initial install when it was previously released.

I did the patch and have attached the results page from the patch; received absolutely no errors..

Changed the permissions on chat file and re compiled modules and then  just the only language file I have, English.

Attached to are  the screeshots of the anti Spam problem.

Now on another site running .3 patched to .4 has no problem on the Spam page...compiled great.

OK, I forgot to do one thing now that I remember doing this patch late last night....

I didn't clean the cache file manually!! Just did and FIXED..

Sometimes we need to re check our selves with a fresh mind, mine was over loaded with turkey tryptophan.
