Do I Have the Latest Updated of Dolphin?

Where can I find my version of my Dolphin and what is the latest version (and when was it released?).

Pardon my title lingo, the grammar is incorrect (latest UPDATE).

You'll find it on the Dashboard page of your Dolphin Admin area. Dolphin 7.0.5 is the most up to date full release.

A more useful screen shot that actually provides enough information to visually tell where the screen shot was taken from.

I don't know where you took yours from.

Latest version is 7.0.5 and it was released on Feb 9, 2011.
