Disabling upload of any file & videos to my site ?

Greetings,

I am running D7.1.4 and would like to disable some of the features to prevent members from:
  1> Uploading files of any kind & any extension from anywhere on my site including Forums, Blogs & all other Mods
  2> Uploading Videos of any type (allowing embedding only) 
  2> Uploading sounds/audio of any kind (allowing embedding only)    
  3> I also want to disable recording video to provide feedback etc..

In short, I absolutely want nothing to be uploaded to my server  a all time.

 Number 2 and 2 can be in the modules admin section.

Number 3 is done in the flash apps settings, your going to "disable" the "Video Comments Player." 

For number one, don't install the files module.  Boonex is talking about including a TinyMCE file manager in a future release; in that case, you would disable the plugin in TinyMCE init.
