Different view profile info when logged in

This is what visitors see when they look at the profile info of a member :

This is what logged in members see when they look at profile info of another member :

These are my settings in pages builder:

Left side is general info and additional info.

Right side is description.

Why is there a different view ?

I need to have the second view (as logged in) also for visitors.

How to achieve that ?

What I don't want is the description twice on the same page.

I want the description on the left side out.

I already searched through the script, but I can't find the page where to edit this.

admin --> Builders --> Profile Fields --> View Profile

P.S. Are you the same annabel that has been using Dolphin for 7 years?

Probably not, I tried to help someone on here and they had purchased an old Dolphin website; some 64000 spam accounts and growing at the rate of 5000 a day; the bots were hitting that site hot and heavy, along with the Boonex account.  They wanted me to weed out the spam accounts from the real ones; they were all spam accounts so I had to bail on that one.

 That must have been someone else. My account was never spammed. Me happy
