Deny Memebership Module Access

I understand that you can have different membership levels, and each of these levles may or may not be able to access certain functions on the site. For instance a 'Standard' member may not be able to access the Video module, whereas 'Silver' Member will.

My question is as follows;

Are ALL the modules viewable by both membership levels? What happens if 'Standard' member tries to access the Video module, is there a message that comes up and says "Upgrade You Membership To Silver To Access This Module" or something similar?

They'll most likely be able to reach the page itself, but any action revolving around the page (like viewing or adding videos) will result in an access denied error, which you should be able to change through a language key.
